Video: Giakoumakis opens scoring for Celtic after Scales assist

Celtic have opened the scoring in the Fourth Round thanks to a goal from Giorgos Giakoumakis. The Greek striker, who was given the starting role in attack, found himself on the end of a lovely Liam Scales cross.

The Irishman fired a cross into the box, with Giakoumakis making a front post run to guide an inside of the foot effort into the net and making it 1-0.

The striker could have doubled the scoreline after bursting through the middle of the Alloa defence before chipping an offer by the post.
