Celtic made it three wins in a row with a 4-0 win over St Mirren in Paisley tonight. The Scottish Champions enacted revenge against Jim Goodwin’s side for the defeat that Celtic suffered last month at home. However, a first half goal from Tom Rogic masked a timid first half before Odsonne Edouard, Ryan Christie and David Turnbull sealed the three points and an emphatic, if not flattering scoreline.
Rogic and Turnbull were the standouts for Celtic, showing flashes of brilliance during the game. However, it is a case of too little, too late for the club who sit 18 points below Rangers (albeit with one game in hand). As one fan points out, it could be a case of what could have been.
If we win our game in hand we will be 15 points behind Rangers
We dropped 12 points in January.
Changing manager back in November when we were protesting outside the stadium could have saved this season.

Kitson, you need to get your head out of your backside.
The issues we have had this season are not Lennon’s fault.
The club failed to strengthen at a time of dominance, and you shouldn’t be ignoring the fact that the new club have gone unbeaten so far, and have conceded very few goals.
Several players let Lennon down for sure, but he was very poorly supported by a very arrogant Peter Lawwell. He underestimated what the new guys were going to do, not Lennon!
