Video: ‘Ice Cold Welcome’ to Lennoxtown for Celtic’s New Japanese Bhoys

Celtic have just released a video of the squad back in training this morning and all three new Japanese signings are featured alongside the likes of long term absentee Christopher Jullien and or almost forgotten striker Giorgos Giakoumakis both now fully fit and ready to contribute to Celtic’s push for the cinch Premiership and both the Scottish Cup and Conference League Cup, with a final in Tirana, Albania on 25 May!

But it’s the three new Japanese stars, recently arrived Reo Hatate plus the more punctual Daizen Maede and Yosuke Ideguchi who will be getting supporters excited watching this and seeing all three getting ready for the return to action a week on Monday against Hibs inside what is likely to be a capacity Celtic Park (fingers crossed on that one).

The Celtic Star was scheduled to do the Celtic Fan Media pre-match interviews ahead of the original date for this match – on 29 December. However as that was postponed as the winter break was brought forward after the Scottish Government imposed restrictions on the capacity being no more than 500 supporters, that media date with Ange and one player will hopefully take place ahead of Monday’s match. Looking forward to it!
