Video: In the Dark – John Kennedy to seek answers from Celtic Board after Hibs Game

John Kennedy spoke to the Mainstream Media today ahead of tomorrow evening’s final home league match of the season, against Scottish Cup Finalist and League Cup winners St Johnstone.

Celtic’s last game of the campaign is at Easter Road on Saturday. The Interim Manager confirmed that he’s had no conversations about his own future and that indeed is the case with a number of players who need answers on their own future at the club, Leigh Griffiths for example is still waiting to hear if the club will take up the year option on his contract. Kennedy is content to get these two games out of the way before discovering what role – if any – he is going to be offered.

Griffiths and David Turnbull will have an eye on winning a place in Steve Clarke’s Scotland squad and will be hoping to make a late push via two strong performances against St Johnstone and Hibs.

Scott Bain hurt his finger in the game against theRangers so will miss out tomorrow night. Worth mentioning that Saints star Ali McCann was praised by the Celtic Interim boss…
