Video: Jota gives Celtic the lead at Pittodrie, 1-0

Celtic have taken the lead at Pittodrie thanks to a goal from Jota. Matt O’Riley swung a tantalizing ball into the box, which was met by the wide-man, who is on loan from Benfica. Celtic have dominated the opening exchanges and now have a goal to show for the pressure.

Ralston found Abada on the wing and then O’Riley swung the ball in from the right hand side, allowing Jota to attack the far post and tap the ball beyond Woods in the Dons nets.

Stephen Glass will feel that his team could have done better as neither Woods nor Ramsay took ownership of that ball, allowing the star from Portugal to nip in and score.
