Video – Our Paradise, outstanding new Celtic song from Joe Hamilton

Celtic supporter and songwriter Joe Hamilton has written and recorded a brilliant new Celtic song titled Our Paradise, which you can now listen to below.  It’s the story that every single one of us will be familiar with and perhaps explained perfectly why the Celtic supporters down through the generations call Celtic Park home and indeed our Paradise.

Here are Joe’s wonderful lyrics but be careful as you’ll get this tune stuck in your head and you’ll be humming away all day. Hope you enjoy Our Paradise…

WE LOOK AROUND OUR CITY
THERE´S NOT MUCH LEFT TO SEE
ALL THOSE MEMORIES
OF CLOSE KNIT FAMILIES
AND HOW THIGS USED TO BE

AND SO WE GO TO PARADISE
TO THAT PLACE WE CALL OUR HOME
TO STAND WITH THOSE THAT CAME BEFORE
AND SING THE SONGS THEY SUNG
AT PARADISE
OUR PARADISE

WE NEVER HAD IT EASY
BUT OUR VALUES HAVE REMAINED
THE GREEN, THE WHITE, THE GOLD
THE STORIES WE´VE BEEN TOLD
HAVE LOVED ON TILL THIS VERY DAY

AND WHEN WE GO TO PARADISE
WE KNOW WE´LL NEVER WALK ALONE
FOR WE´VE DONE THINGS THE CELTIC WAY
SINCE THE DAY THAT WE WERE BORN
OH PARADISE
OUR PARADISE…
