Celtic midfielder Paulo Bernardo was on the scoresheet this evening for Portugal’s U21s. The ex-Benfica star netted his side’s fourth goal in a comprehensive showing at the UEFA U21 European Championships.
The 23-year-old has been an integral part of the Portugal U21 side and he will be hoping to match Cristiano Ronaldo and Co, who recently picked up the Nations League title.
The goal came in a 5-0 hammering of Poland.

Bernardo showed great poise in taking the rebounded shot between his feet before curling an effort into the net. It was a classy finish from a very promising young player.
