Video: Poor effort from Scott Bain for PSG’s third shows why Celtic need to replace Fraser Forster immediately

Every Celtic fan has been waiting and hoping for Fraser Forster to return for another season, but it’s starting to look like that won’t happen.

The longer the wait goes on then the less likely it becomes, but it did give Scott Bain a chance to show why he should be considered as a potential starter next season.

It’s unlikely that a lot of the fans would accept that, and this effort for PSG’s third goal shows why he isn’t good enough:

One of the best things about Forster was he was solid and you knew he would match any shot that came his way, but Bain shows no aggression here – he simply lets it hit off him and continue into the net.

He’s still got value as a back up and he shouldn’t let Lenny down too often, but he’s not good enough if the club want to progress in Europe and secure 10IAR.
