CELTIC have taken the lead after 11 minutes after Ryan Christie struck a brilliant free kick from range to make it 1-0. The Celts won a free kick after Dicker cynically fouled Odsonne Edouard, who was bearing down on goal.
Christie stepped up, scoring his first of the season having scored 19 and assisted 15 last year. It was Celtic’s first effort and they will be hoping that it is the first of a few to come at Rugby Park – which is a notoriously tough venue to visit.
