Video: Scotland ahead but France quickly score twice

Scotland took the lead against France in Lille after a great finish from Brighton’s Billy Gilmour. The youngster from Ardrossan followed up a wayward clearance by curling his effort beyond Mike Maignan.

It was, unfortunately, short lived as Benjamin Pavard scored from a corner.

The Inter Milan defender scored his second of the evening after he connected with a Kylian Mbappe cross from close range.

Scotland have been good but will be disappointed somewhat with the nature of the goals that they have conceded.
