Video – Scott McTominay gives Scotland an early lead against Spain at Hampden

Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay has given Scotland an early lead against Spain in the Euro Qualifier at Hampden this season as Steve Clarke’s side look to start their campaign with back to back home wins over Cyprus and Spain.

Former Celtic Academy star Andy Robertson gets a brilliant assist to find McTominay who has a real eye for goal and it’s a sensational start to the match and indeed the campaign for a Scotland side with Celtic captain Callum McGregor playing in the middle of the park.

Hopefully Scotland can maintain their excellent early start and go on to win the match but the trouble with such an early goal is there is such a long tome to go.

At Hampden at the moment the score is Scotland 1 Spain 0. Come on Scotland!
