Video: Superb strike from Luis Palma doubles Celtic’s lead

Luis Palma made it 2-0 to Celtic with a lovely curled effort. After picking the ball up following a mistake by goalkeeper Will Dennis, the Honduran attempted a pass to a colleague before the ball broke back in front of him.

Rather than attempting another pass, Palma unleashed a curling effort that found the net to double the advantage of Brendan Rodgers’ team.

Earlier, Reo Hatate made it 1-0 thanks to a brilliant solo effort from the midfielder. The Japanese midfielder nutmegged his opponent before moving into the box and curling an effort in off the post.

Celtic have moved the ball well in the first 35 minutes and the manager will be pleased with what he’s seen from his side.
