Video: Thanks for the memories, Ntcham’s best bits for Celtic

Olivier Ntcham is expected to complete a loan move to Marseille, which will surely spell the end of his time in Glasgow with the French side having an option to buy the midfielder.

The Frenchman joined from Manchester City for £4.5m in 2017. Although game time has been limited, now even more so with the emergence of Ismaila Soro and David Turnbull into the Celtic midfield. One Twitter user has compiled a compilation of some of the mercurial talent’s best bits from his time at the club. He has scored some important goals during the current run and leaves with everyone’s best wishes.

Marseille supporters have erupted in the last few days, forcing a game to be postponed after a group of fans broke into the training centre in protest of the club’s current failings. Ntcham is believed to want a move back to France and had been linked with Lille but he appears ready to take whatever deal is offered.

The midfielder signed for Brendan Rodgers from City and has made 137 appearances, scoring 23 goals in a trophy laden period for the club. The player looks set to have played his last game for the club.
