Video: ‘We looked a good team tonight’, Lennon looks for positives in 4-2 defeat

NEIL LENNON has said that Celtic looked like a ‘good team tonight’, despite a ‘disappointing’ defending costing his side coming away from the game with anything. The Irishman has overseen a poor run of results as Celtic have recorded just two wins in eleven games with ten goals conceded in the last three games.

Supporters will have no doubt dared to think Celtic might have been back to their best after Tom Rogic and Odsonne Edouard gave them a 2-0 lead after 15 mins but Ryan Christie’s silly foul gave Milan a route back into the game and they scored four goals without answer from Celtic.

Lennon will now look to St Johnstone on Sunday in a game that Celtic need to win.
