Callum McGregor struck a perfect volley to give Celtic the lead away to FC Midtjylland. The captain took a touch on his chest before firing the ball into the back of the net from the edge of the area. The ball fell to him after a Celtic corner was half-cleared and it gives Celtic a huge boost of progressing to the next round.

It was a captain’s contribution and a goal of the season contender already.
Hopefully, Postecoglou’s Celtic can add another to settle the nerves as his side have been the better side this evening. Midtjylland will now try and come and get back into the tie but Celtic could pick them off on the break if they do try and get forward.
