Team’s Up – Tommy McIntyre names XI for Stirling Uni test

Tommy McIntyre has named his side for this evening’s game at Forthbank against The University of Stirling. The Celtic B Team will play at the home of Stirling Albion in the game against Stirling Uni in the Scottish Lowland League.

While Ange Postecoglou’s side play against Midtjylland in Denmark, the second side will be hoping to record a win after a defeat and draw in the opening three fixtures. The manager has made two changes from the weekend with Leo Hjelde, who has been linked with Leeds United, starting ahead of Bruno Davidson. The Norwegian youngster was in the first team at the weekend and thus missed the draw with East Kilbride. The second change is between the sticks with Ryan Mullen dropping to the bench for Tobi Oluwayemi.

Celtic: Oluwayemi, Jackson, Lawal, Hjelde, Paterson, Otoo, Murphy, Carse, Wylie, Moffat and Vata.

Subs: Robertson, Mullen, Letsosa, Deane, Brooks, Dobbie and Davidson.

The B Team needs to hit the ground running tonight and get the win, with all the confidence that a first win brings. Although, Stirling Uni have a reputation of being a well-drilled side. This season they have played three, lost one, won one and drawn one.
