Celtic opened the scoring thanks to a close range header fron Yang. After Callum McGregor collected the ball from Joe Hart at the edge of his eighteen yard box, the skipper drove forward and moved the ball around before it ended up with Luis Palma.
The tricky winger beat his man and hit the line before firing a cross towards the back post. Roos went for it but he couldn’t claim it, allowing Yang to direct goal wards and give Brendan Rodgers’ side a 1-0 lead.

Celtic have started well and have been in a menacing mood. Hopefully the early goal will spur the team on to atone for the heavy defeat midweek and inflict a hiding on Aberdeen.
