‘Wait a second, was it all written?’ asks Celtic’s Number 2

CELTIC’S NUMBER 2 Christopher Jullien took to social media this evening to point out some remarkable numbers to everyone.

“Ok hang on for this 02.02.2020 post,” the Celtic defender wrote.

“So on that 2nd day of the 2nd month of the 2nd decade in the 2nd millennium , the #2 scored the 2nd goal and the #22 scored his 22th….Wait a second… Was it all written???”

Jullien has scored some important goals for Celtic over the course of his eventual first season at Celtic including of course the Cup Final winner and the winning goal against Lazio in the Europa League at Celtic Park – those 2 are both worth mentioning!

But today’s was also so important, and you just know that there were thousands of fans of the Rangers tuning in to BT Sport today desperately hoping that Hamilton could hold on for a point.

Jullien wasn’t having a particularly good game and the Hamilton goal had the look of the Rangers winner at Celtic Park on 29 December. But up he popped in the centre forward’s position and showed Leigh Griffiths how it’s done. His effort was skied high over the bar, instead it was a deadly finish to send Celtic on our way to 9IAR, for the SECOND time…

And while he was talking about numbers Christopher Jullien also had a word of praise for his captain Scott Brown who reached the incredible total of 700 appearances for Celtic today…
