Brendan Rodgers looked back on the Celtic achievements in 2024 in his pre-match interview feature on Sky Sports ahead of this afternoon’s Scottish Premiership match against theRangers at Ibrox…
The Celtic manager watched back a similar interview he gave to the broadcaster a year ago as he looked forward to 2024 and he was able to tick all boxes in his review in what was an incredibly successful and satisfying year for everyone connected to Celtic Football Club.
And the message from Brendan was same again Bhoys for 2025 starting today with a win in the Glasgow Derby which he insists is NOT a dead rubber, mentioning earlier in the week that GVB took theRangers to a Europa League Final but lot his job just a few months later because he couldn’t beat Celtic.
Classic Brendan there opting to avoid mentioning Philippe Clement’s dreadful record against Celtic but pointing out that much better manager’s than him get sacked for failing to win against their big rivals.
Here’s Brendan interview with Sky Sports…
