Where to watch Aberdeen v Celtic after Sky Sports snub

Celtic face Aberdeen at Pittodrie in an enthralling fixture as Ange Postecoglou’s side looks to extend their excellent form. A 4-0 win over Motherwell at Fir Park was extremely impressive as goals from Liel Abada, Tom Rogic and Daizen Maeda sealed the three points. Despite a full card of SPFL Premiership fixtures, Sky Sports have snubbed the game in the Granite City.

Aberdeen have confirmed that the game will be available via PPV, with the home side pricing the game at £13.99. The game can be purchased from Red TV, here. Celtic TV subscribers outside the UK & Ireland will be able to watch the game live, too.

Given that Celtic are just a point clear and they travel to what is a hostile away venue whilst Rangers host Hibernian, you would have thought that the broadcasters would have been keen on picking up at least one of the fixtures in the title race but the latest snub indicates exactly where their interests lie.

Celtic nicked all three points back in October thanks to a late goal from Jota as Postecoglou’s side sealed their first win on the road. It will be a big game for Celtic and a massive game for Stephen Glass, who has been on the receiving end of criticism from the Reds support due to their dismal run of form.
