Where to Watch Celtic v Glasgow City in Scottish Cup semi-final, kick-off 12.30pm

A quick reminder that Celtic take on Glasgow City in this weekend’s second Women’s Scottish Cup semi-final at Hampden. Yesterday theRangers booked their place in the final after a 2-0 win over Motherwell so a Celtic win today in the 12.30pm kick-off would set up a Glasgow derby final.

Glasgow City had gone through the SWPL1 season undefeated until last Sunday when they lost 4-2 to Celtic, and that was followed up by a 2-1 defeat at the hands of theRangers in midweek. With Celtic winning 6-0 at Hearts, City’s commanding eight points lead ended up being reduces to just two points in four days.

And today Fran Alonso’s confident Celtic side will be looking to pile on the agony to Glasgow City by putting in the style at Hampden.

The Scottish FA invited the mainstream media to their press conference for these semi-finals today yet ignored Celtic fan media requests for access, despite site like The Celtic Star providing comprehensive coverage of the women’s game from a Celtic perspective, perhaps that is the problem.

And making today’s game all ticket in a 50,000 stadium and with no pay at the game facilities – is just plain crazy. The broadcast situation today is also rather bizarre, you can watch the game live on the Scottish FA’s You Tube channel. You can watch the match HERE.

Here’s the Celtic team to take on Glasgow City at Hampden today, good to see that Caitlin Hayes is fit and starts…
