Daizen Maeda scored his 27th goal of the season for Celtic as Brendan Rodgers’ side secured their place in the Scottish Cup Semi Finals. The Japanese striker scored late in the first half after showing his attacking instincts in the box.

Maeda reacted swiftly to capitalise after Nicolas Kühn’s effort was repelled by Smith. As Celtic’s frontman celebrated, the Celtic Park DJ played The Champs ‘Tequila’, which has become the player’s tune.
