Video: Ryan Christie’s deflected effort levels it up for Celtic vs Ferencvaros

It was starting to get a bit nervy at Celtic Park as time went past without Celtic finding a way past Ferencvaros, but Ryan Christie has stepped up when it matters to level the tie.

The Hungarian side are camped in their own box so it was always going to be tough to find a way through, but it also increases the chances of a deflection and it’s gone Celtic’s way here.

There’s some lovely play around the box to create the chance for Christie to shoot, and the keeper is left with no touch after it pings up past his outstretched hand:

The game is still on a knife edge so Celtic need to keep their foot on the pedal and find another goal while they’re on top.
