AC Milan legend makes gushing Celtic Park comments

BALLON D’OR winner Kaka has heaped praise on the Celtic Park atmosphere. The AC Milan legend has played at Parkhead three times in his illustrious career and before yesterday’s game between the sides, the Brazilian took to Twitter to praise Paradise.

Kaka broke Celtic hearts in the 2005/07 season when he broke away in extra time at the San Siri and scored. The defeat sent Celtic out whilst Milan went on to win the trophy, beating Liverpool in Athens.

The pair were drawn together in the group stages and Celtic won thanks to a late winner from Scott McDonald but Kaka found the net from the penalty spot.

Fast forward to 2013, Kaka was back with the Italian side and he scored a header as Milan knocked Neil Lennon’s men out of the Champions League.

As a player, he has played at some incredible stadiums with some unbelievable players so the praise from him is sincere.

Unfortunately, there was no repeat of the 2007/08 win last night as Celtic’s defensive frailties shown through again. 3-5-2 has been proven to be flawed with personnel this year and Lennon realised his mistake.
