All kinds of wrong – Celtic legend pictured in Aberdeen shirt for first time

Celtic legend Scott Brown has been pictured in an Aberdeen shirt for the first time since leaving Paradise. The 35-year-old decided against extending his fourteen year stay in Glasgow and instead opted to transition into coaching with a dual role at Pittodrie.

As Celtic fans deal with having no manager, no DoF, no captain and top players being linked with imminent moves away, this is another tough one to take owing to how wrong it looks.

After 22 trophies with Celtic, Brown leaves Celtic to reunite with his former Hibernian teammate Stephen Glass at Aberdeen. The deal offers him some security as it is a two-year deal that includes both playing and coaching, which for a soon-to-be 36-year-old is highly desirable. You would not rule out seeing the player return to Celtic in a managerial capacity at some point in the next few years.

It will be surreal seeing Brown back at Celtic Park in the red of Aberdeen but he will always be a Celtic legend for everything that he achieved at the club.
