Big Ange on Snow Patrol – ‘Man of the People’ Postecoglou to the Rescue

Chaos on the roads this morning after heavy overnight snowfall and on remote roads like the ones near Lennoxtown that is always going to prove to be problematic.

One driver stuck in the snow this morning and in need of some assistance from fellow motorists certainly got a surprise when among others who came to offer assistance was none other that the Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou.

Michael Mcdonnell reports what happened on twitter this morning, saying: “Someone stuck in Lennoxtown, I jump out to help and Big Ange came out as well before anyone. Man of the people.”

Ahead of tomorrow’s match against Aberdeen at Pittodrie Ange Postecoglou will be speaking to the media at lunchtime and The Celtic Star will be there to ask The Celtic manager one or two questions. Celtic will be looking to restore the nine point lead at the top of the league looking down on theRangers.

Let’s hope that this snow doesn’t put the game at risk. Aberdeen has had much more snow that the central belt this week and this latest dump certainly makes travelling difficult.

Stay safe everyone but if you get into difficulty perhaps ‘Man of the People’ Postecoglou will come to the rescue…
