Celtic FC today uploaded a short clip of Alexandro Bernabei celebrating with the Celtic squad at Tynecastle after their 2-0 win over Hearts. This game proved to be especially significant for not only Alexandro Bernabei himself , but for his club and country, as Bernabei becomes the first Argentinian player ever to win the Scottish League with Celtic.
The Bhoys helped Bernabei celebrate this by chanting “Argentina, Argentina, Argentina” with the full-back as he celebrates with both the fans and the squad. For younger readers that was a popular chant from the old Jungle at Celtic Park in the early 1980s presumably because the football savvy Celtic support anticipated the arrival of Alexandro Bernabei some 42 years later.
