Celtic announce additional ticket allocation for Ayr friendly

Celtic made an exciting midday announcement for Celtic supporters who missed out on the initial allocation of tickets for the friendly match down at Somerset Park on Friday 5th July.

Scott Brown in action for Celtic legends against the Dortmund old boys , and of course Broony led Celtic to a 4-2 victory.

After the initial allocation given to the Celtic Ticket Office completely sold out, the club have now received an additional batch of tickets, this time for the Somerset Road stand. If you want to be at the game then best advice is to act now as these tickets will be snapped up very quickly indeed.

It’s the next Celtic game and it’s also the chance to enjoy Celtic legend Scott Brown taking on his old boss Brendan Rodgers, and maybe we’ll even get the chance to see a new signing or two!

It’s also the first visit to Somerset Park this century for Celtic’s first team, the last time was in a League Cup tie in 1999 when John Barnes was the manager. Happy days!

The Celtic ticket update reads as follows: “Ayr United have opened the Somerset Road stand to Celtic supporters after you sold out the original allocation! Get your tickets below for our opening pre-season fixture at Somerset Park on Friday, 5th July.”
