Celtic Confident of Fans Return, B Team and Women’s Games added to Pass to Paradise

Celtic this afternoon announced that the club will stream five Celtic FC Women’s matches and five Celtic B team matches to our Season Ticket Holders next season via the Pass to Paradise and on Celtic TV.

Last season’s main highlight was the performance of Fran Alonso’s Celtic FC Women side and with their new-found self belief there will be plenty of optimism that the Spanish manager can lead Celtic towards a first ever SWPL title as well as enjoying a debut season in the UEFA Champions League.

The Celtic B team’s debut season in the Lowland League is also going to be of great interest to the Celtic support with another five games available to watch on the Pass to Paradise. Celtic say that they are investing in the coverage for both teams to provide season ticket holders with the access to these games.

And the club are increasingly confident that the support will be back supporting the Hoops at Paradise next season, stating: “Clearly, we hope our fans are back with us at Celtic Park as soon as possible and yesterday’s Scottish Government announcements seem very positive.

New Celtic CEO Dom McKay commented: “Our women’s team is progressing really well and I am sure we will go from strength to strength and the new opportunities provided to our B team will be hugely positive for the players’ development.’

“We want our fans to be close to these areas of the Club so we are delighted to offer our season ticket holders access to these matches.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank our supporters for their brilliant response in terms of season tickets for next season, we sincerely thank all our season ticket holders who have renewed in such great numbers. I hope we have as many of you as possible back with us at Paradise.”

“Clearly we are encouraged by the positive news yesterday from the Scottish Government regarding the return of fans to matches and we will be doing all we can to continue to work positively with them and everyone else in football to get our supporters back as soon as possible. We are, I hope now heading in the right direction.

“It was great to welcome Ange to the Club today and show him around Lennoxtown”.

“I know he and everyone else at Celtic can’t wait to have our supporters back with us at Celtic Park for some very exciting matches which lie ahead”.
