Celtic FC Women – Club Release Season Ticket Update

Celtic FC Women are back on Sunday with another SWPL1 home match at the Penny Cars Stadium in Airdrie. This time the visitors are Hibs and the game kicks off at 12.30pm so there’s time to get along to watch Fran Alonso’s side chasing down another three points as they target the title this season, before heading over to Celtic Park for the 3pm kick-off against Dundee United in the Scottish Premiership.

The Celtic Star will be speaking to Celtic FC Manager Fran Alonso at today Media Conference shortly and will get his pre-match comments as his side look to get back into action after the international break. Last time out his Celtic fought back from being 2-0 down at the interval to long-time Champions Glasgow City to earn a 2-2 draw and the Ghirls could even have won it!

It was an action packed second half between the two top teams in the country – both of whom played in the Champions League this season – and it’s fair to say that while Glasgow City thought they were cruising to yet another win, Celtic gave them a huge fright with that spirited second half come back that had Fran Alonso running down the touchline jumping with joy and the new band of Chinese Celtic Supporters going absolutely mental in the crowd – a great day out so it was!

And Celtic have released details on getting a season ticket for the Celtic FC Women matches at the team’s new home venue in Airdrie. Home games are played at Penny Cars Stadium, Airdrie and adult season tickets are on sale at just £80, with under-16’s tickets at £40.
