Celtic legend Scott Brown pictured with singer Lewis Capaldi

Celtic legend Scott Brown has been pictured with singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi ahead of a festival appearance. Broony is currently enjoying pre-season in his first management job.

The Fleetwood Town manager looks far too professional with his crop of dark hair after years of rocking a shaved head as Celtic’s midfield general.

Brown rejected the chance to remain at Celtic in order to take up a player-coach role under his pal, Stephen Glass. However, following the sacking of Glass and subsequent replacement Jim Goodwin informing Brown that his coaching opportunities would be limited, he made the decision to walk away from the North East. You would imagine that he is seeking to put his coaching badges to good use and build up experience with a long-term view to seal the Celtic job one day.

The midfielder bowed out at Celtic after 620 appearances, 46 goals and 22 trophies in the Green and White. The opportunity to make it as a coach will motivate Brown, a serial winner, to keep going ahead of his start in football.
