Celtic defender Cameron Carter-Vickers has been included in FIFA 22’s Team of the Season Nominees list. The USA Internationalist has been excellent since joining on a season-long loan from Tottenham Hotspur and it is expected that Ange Postecoglou will look to exercise the option to buy on the young defender.
Carter-Vickers performances haven’t gone unnoticed with the popular video game FIFA 22 including the defender in their annual Team of the Season Nominees on Ultimate Team.

Carter-Vickers scored the winner at Ibrox a few weeks ago and has been a major coup this year. Celtic are said to have a £6m option to buy the player and the club are keen to exercise this option.
The player is enjoying his time in Glasgow and Tottenham will negotiate a potential deal for the defender in the summer. It would be an excellent acquisition as Carter-Vickers proves himself to be a competent, solid and reliable option for Postecoglou. The partnership that CCV and Carl Starfelt have struck up has been a major reason that Celtic find themselves at this stage looking towards the final five league games of the season.
