Celtic unveil classy graphic as FIFA send congratulations

Celtic have unveiled a new graphic celebrating the Quadruple Treble. Neil Lennon’s side had to fight right to the end and win the game on penalties thanks to Conor Hazard’s double save in the shoot out tee’d up Kris Ajer to seal the fourth consecutive treble for the club.

The new graphic celebrates the four years of domination that has resulted in the club winning twelve consecutive trophies – which started on the back of a penalty defeat back in 2016. Since that day in April 2016, Celtic have not lost a domestic cup competition game in four seasons.

Elsewhere, FIFA sent their congratulations to Lennon’s side for sealing the Scottish Cup for a record 40th time after their win over Robbie Neilson’s Hearts. It is an incredible day for the football club even if a lot of the play left an awful lot to be desired.

Neil Lennon becomes the first man to win a Treble as both a player and a manager and you saw what it meant to him at the end. Shortcomings can wait to be analysed, we should savour this monumental success. At this time of times, everyone involved in bringing this unprecedented success to the club should enjoy it and with that, we can savour the history that is unfolding around us.

  1. That was the best game of football I’ve ever experienced. It had everything. Neil,I’m so chuffed for you,you deserved to get this chance even though it cost me a pair of underwear. Bring on the New Year old firm game. Congratulations Bhoys.
