Celtic v Rangers: team news, KO time and where to watch

Celtic face Rangers today in the Scottish Cup Semi Final with a place in the showpiece Final next month up for grabs. Hearts have already booked their place in the game, thanks to a 2-1 win over Hibs yesterday but attention has switched onto the Glasgow Derby today.

Ange Postecoglou’s team have a six point lead over Rangers in the league but attention will be on the Scottish Cup with a Treble up for grabs.

Team News

Giorgos Giakoumakis is the headline absentee. However, David Turnbull is fit. The manager has already said that Kyogo will play a part but it remains to be seen whether this is from the start or from the bench. James Forrest is fit again after recovering from a knock.

You would expect Joe Hart to start in goals. A back line comprising of Josip Juranovic, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Carl Starfelt and Greg Taylor. In midfield, you’d expect Callum McGregor to be joined by Reo Hatate and Tom Rogic. In attack, Daizen Maeda will likely start through the middle with Liel Abada on the right and Jota on the left.

Kick Off Time

The game kicks off at 2pm.

Where to Watch

The game will be shown exclusively on Premier Sports with coverage starting at 1pm.

We’ll bring team news when we have it.
