Celtic’s celebrations will see Champagne sprayed not water

Meltdown? they’re having a laugh, we’re preparing to party by cracking open the champers, others can console themselves with water…

Brendan Rodgers ruffled more than a few feathers yesterday when he gave his honest opinion on the rather lavish celebrations of Vaclav Cerny in the recent Glasgow Derby at Celtic park.

Brendan reckoned the on loan Czech player showed a lack of respect when he sprayed several Celtic supporters with water following his side’s late winner a fortnight ago, adding that he would be disappointed if one of his players acted in a similar fashion, and he would be right on both accounts.

Brendan is a class act as a manager, as well as being totally professional in everything he does and says, something that his rival rookie boss at Ibrox lacks in abundance proven by his comments on the incident in question. No amount of smart suits and shiny brown brogues can camouflage that.

Brendan’s truthful assessment has led to a barrage of criticism from theRangers supporters [surprise, surprise] and they have accused the Irishman and the Celtic supporters of having a Meltdown!

They’re having a laugh surely? Quite the opposite actually, we’re preparing to party and we’ll soon be cracking open the champagne which may even be sprayed at Ibrox in the post -split dead rubber.

In the meantime they can just console themselves with watery celebrations for winning hee-haw.That’s why we are Champions and they are ‘cereal losers’ as they have been known to say.

Just an Ordinary Bhoy
