Celtic’s Natalie Ross can beat Rangers Rival to Player of the Month with our help

Here’s what the Celtic FC Women manager Fran Alonso has been saying about Natalie and why he believes she’ll be a worthy winner of the Scottish Building Society SWPL Player of the Month for December.

“Natalie has been outstanding for Celtic this season, having been a dominant presence in midfield both on and off the ball,” Alonso told the league sponsor, Scottish Building Society’s website.

“She has been a key part of our unbeaten run, especially in December, when she scored an injury time equaliser against Forfar to save a point after been 0-2 down in the 89th minute, sealing Natalie the player of the match award.

“A week later in the 5-0 win versus Motherwell Natalie was again superb, dominating in midfield and getting a further assist to add to her fantastic stats so far this season.

“Natalie was definitely Celtic’s top performer in December and is certainly deserving of this award,” Celtic FC Head Coach stated.
