Photo: Celtic defender gives Covid update

Celtic defender Christopher Jullien has given fans an update after he tested positive for COVID-19 last week. The central defender is likely to be out until April with a knee injury but he contracted the deadly virus whilst out with the team in Dubai.

However, Jullien has posted an update relating to his health and urging others to keep safe.

The main thing is that Jullien is feeling better and we hope he makes a full, speedy recovery from both COVID-19 and his knee injury.

Celtic have lost four points as a result of the ill-advised trip to the UAE with 13 players having to isolate upon arrival back in the UK when Jullien returned a positive test – meaning they’d miss the games against Hibs and Livi.
