David Potter’s Quiz – 20 Questions on Celtic 1887-1900

The last of David Potter’s quizzes is available this morning and it covers the Celtic at birth and in her very early years. If you’ve read Brendan Sweeney’s outstanding book on this period, titled Celtic The Early Years, you’re sure to get 20/20 but even if you haven’t it’s still worth giving it a go.

Then there’s Liam Kelly who has been writing about Celtic’s founding fathers on The Celtic Star in recent weeks. If you’ve been reading his articles then you will breeze through today’s quiz.

Then there’s the quite wonderful Celtic Wiki – a treasure that the Celtic Support has been given by fellow supporters. Do any other clubs have sites like that? Somehow I doubt it.

And with Jim Craig’s 365 days of Celtic Diary on The Celtic Star and plenty of historical contributions from David Potter himself on The Celtic Star with Matt Corr also providing you with plenty of historical insight on this site.

All the previous quizzes, zipping through the decades two at a time are included. We have the questions then on the next page the answers and this format is repeated for each quiz. Best of luck to you!

Here are the questions for today….
