Do the business at Tannadice then head to Ibrox to spray the champagne…

The top six split fixtures were released yesterday with Celtic being scheduled to play Dundee United at Tannadice in the opening round of games with only a point being required to officially clinch four in a row.
After Tannadice it’s Ibrox for the Champions
Next up after Tannadice is a trip across the city to take on theRangers at Ibrox in the last Glasgow derby fixture of the season. Fingers crossed we will be heading there already confirmed as champions so the two thousand or so Celtic supporters can have a title winning party and show the home supporters what it’s like to celebrate becoming Scottish Champions yet again.

Tongue firmly in cheek suggestions
Some have suggested with tongue firmly in cheek that the game at Tannadice is a free hit and we should be focusing on going to Ibrox in search of the point that will officially confirm us as champions, but we want to win in style and with the most points that we can. So it’s all focus will firmly be on Tannadice after this weekend’s Scottish Cup semi-final is out of the way.

As good as it would be to confirm the title at Ibrox…
As good as it would be to confirm the title at Ibrox I’d rather make it official beforehand and head there in a party mood and prove why we are champions with a spectacular show on and off the park. It’s two wins a piece in the Glasgow Derby this season so this one is a Derby decider and we want to win that too.
We’ve yet to beat them in 2025 so that’s something we need to put right by restoring normal service. Then it’s onto Hibs at Celtic Park where we can celebrate all over again, this time with 60,000 supporters there.
