VASILIS BARKAS hasn’t had a great start to life in Glasgow. He has conceded goals and has received criticism as a result of his performances. Neil Lennon opted to switch things up and bring Scott Bain in but due to an astonishingly poor spell, Barkas was retained and has now conceded six goals in two games since his return, resulting in fans calling for a new goalkeeper in January.

Barkas and Bain can definitely be questioned but they have been left hung out to dry so many times by the defence.

Barkas man, boy just doesn't like a shot into him. set up your wall, give yourself a view, if the boy gets it over the wall and into is the top corner you hold your hands up but you don't leave your side of the goal, recipe for disaster, never a keeper in his puff.

Barkas scared of getting a yellow for a hand ball

Genuine question, can anyone remember Barkas ever making a save?

Neil Lennon has already said that he will be looking to strengthen in a number of key areas and on the showing of the last few months, a goalkeeper would be one of the positions that need looking at. Fraser Forster and Dean Henderson were both linked with moves last month but on recent evidence, Celtic need to try and get a goalie in.
