Former Preston North End boss

Recently departing Preston North End, Lowe spent three years at The Lilywhites, with the club finishing in respectable 13th, 12th and 10th positions during his tenure. Prior to Preston he spent time at Plymouth Argyle before resigning from his position in December 2021.

Relying on the expertise of Brendan Rodgers, Ryan Lowe was given the chance as a special guest to see the inner-workings at Celtic as the Hoops prepare for a huge top of the table clash with Aberdeen tomorrow afternoon. The 46 year-old Englishman, who spent most of his playing days in the lower leagues of English football is expected to take in the game tomorrow.

Meanwhile, joining Lowe at Lennoxtown today was the return of Cameron-Carter Vickers. The American defender is set to make his much-awaited comeback against the Dons after being sidelined for three games prior to the international break.

Though, Greg Taylor was absent from today’s session which means Alex Valle will continue his starting spot at left-back for the games against both Aberdeen and then Atalanta in the Champions League.

It is a packed Paradise for the Premiership battle between the top two tomorrow, and with both sides sitting on perfect domestic records, Brendan Rodgers team has the opportunity to create a three point gap at the foot of the table.
