PAOK are the latest in a long line of clubs now to have registered interest in outgoing Celtic winger, Luis Palma…

The Greek side are thought to have joined fellow domestic rivals Olympiacos and Panathanaikos, as well as a clutch of teams from the English Championship and beyond, according to the Scottish Sun.
Luis Palma is dropping out of the picture at Paradise
Luis Palma is dropping out of the picture at Paradise unfortunately and although Brendan Rodgers has persevered with the Honduran at times, it’s clear he is not a player that the manager can trust nor suits his style of play. A £4 million signing from Aris Thessaloniki, Palma has shown in glimpses there is a player there but he just hasn’t been able to pull it together on a consistent basis for the Hoops.

Rayo Vallecano wanted to sign Palma
A loan deal to Spanish side Rayo Vallecano had been on the cards, with a view making it a permanent one in the summer transfer window for £2.5 million. That transfer fell apart at the last minute though, when the La Liga club had a transfer embargo slapped on them by the authorities, which left Palma in limbo and not knowing which way he was coming or going. The ban was quickly lifted but the Spanish club’s interested seemed to wane.
The 25-year-old is now in limbo as it is obvious that he is no longer required by the Bhoys now but there is nothing concrete in place for him as of yet. It’s strongly suggested that Brendan Rodgers is waiting to get the deal for Felipe Jota over the line first before he commits to letting the Honduras international leave the building and possibly short in that area of the pitch.

As we are all expecting an announcement of Jota signing that could open the door for Luis Palma to get his move with Celtic preferring a transfer to a loan deal.
