“The lads have been working really well. We had a game-plan that we try to stick to and it’s really pleasing when you see the players work as hard as they possibly can in training and that’s the rewards that you get when you play against an opposition that try to frustrate you.
“The boys stuck to their task and moved the ball very quickly, so it was very pleasing,” the Celtic B team’s co-manager Stephen McManus said afterwards in his interview with Celtic TV.
