James Brown’s ‘I Feel Good’ Celtic’s Magnificent Seven Soundtrack

St Johnstone beat the latest Ibrox club 2-1 earlier today, after goals from James Brown and Nicky Clark. Celtic therefore stay a magnificent SEVEN points clear at the top of the league looking down on theRangers.

After a dramatic finish against Dundee United at Celtic Park yesterday, courtesy of goals from Kyogo and Abada, the Bhoys are in a good place right now.

Despite the repeated attempts made by officials in Scotland to hamper Ange Postecoglou and his Celtic side, we are still the team to beat. Our last gasp winners of late have been rather enjoyable and are a sign that there is something special inside this group of players at Parkhead.

As theRangers failed to take anything from the game today, they are now looking looking down the barrel of a gun as the fans turn uglier on the board, manager, and players. After being SIMPLY THE WORST team in Champions League group stage history mid-week, it doesn’t make for great reading for the Bears being SEVEN points behind in the League.

Anyway, have a look at this rasper of a strike from James Brown, who put the Saints up 1-0 just ahead of half-time today….

How the mighty have fallen. After the Big Time Charlie patter of last year’s fortunate run to Seville for the Ibrox outfit under Giovanni van Bronckhorst, it would appear the fans are turning on the manager after finishing dead bottom of their UEFA Champions League group on 0 points and a goal difference of -20.

This has been exacerbated by today’s painful result in Perthshire versus St Johnstone, as the Saints ran out 2-1 winners and claiming all three points against a lacklustre team. James Brown’s wonder strike and former Ibrox employee Nicky Clark’s excellent six-yard box finish from a wicked Stevie May cross was enough to overcome theRangers, despite James Tavernier pulling one back.

Celtic are now sitting pretty at the apex of Scottish football after their admirable comeback against Dundee United at Celtic Park yesterday afternoon. This came off the back of a tricky fixture at Livingston’s Toni Macaroni stadium last Sunday which we overcame too. So that’s us managed a comeback at Tynecastle and against Dundee United, either side of going to West Lothian.

It seems now that only Celtic can hurt their title charge this season and theRangers supporters will now be demanding a change of leadership in the dugout. This has been highlighted on social media this afternoon, with it becoming clearer and clearer that former Barcelona player Van Bronckhorst is a dead man walking.

Have a look at some of the Bears’ reaction ….
