Livingston v Celtic – team news, KO time and where to watch

Celtic face Livingston this afternoon at the Tony Macaroni Arena. It is a ground that Celtic have failed to win at since Livi were promoted back to the top flight in 2018; however, Ange Postecoglou’s league leaders will hope to buck that trend today.

Livi are in excellent form, having dismantled Dundee and beaten Dundee United, propelling themselves into the top six. Celtic beat St Mirren during the week but Rangers’ narrow win over Aberdeen means that Celtic are ahead only on goal difference, with today’s game in hand.

Team News

The manager will welcome back Giorgos Giakoumakis, who missed the games against Hibs and St Mirren with illness. The striker could be important from the bench as Postecoglou looks to maximise his strength against the tricky West Lothian team.

Mikey Johnston is back training but this may come too soon for the winger, who picked up an injury against Raith Rovers a few weeks ago.

Kyogo and David Turnbull remain sidelined having suffered hamstring injuries back in December.

CELTIC: Hart; Ralston, Carter-Vickers, Starfelt, Taylor; Bitton, McGregor (C), Rogic; Forrest, Maeda, Jota.

SUBS: Bain, Giakoumakis, Abada, McCarthy, Ideguchi, O’Riley, Hatate, Welsh, Juranovic.

Kick Off Time

The game kicks off at 12 NOON.

Where to Watch

The game will be shown on Sky Sports Football, with coverage starting at 11am. Celtic TV subscribers outside Britain & Ireland can watch on the clubs streaming service.
