ALISON CONROY of Clyde Superscoreboard has said that Celtic are not interested in signing Robert Snodgrass. The 33-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the Scottish Champions ahead of tomorrow’s transfer deadline.
Taking to Twitter, the reporter said that Neil Lennon was only interested in one signing, contrary to reports that Snodgrass was on the verge of selling a deal.
Robert Snodgrass won’t be heading to Celtic, I understand there’s no interest from the club. Also only looking to fill 1 position before tomorrow’s deadline.

Snodgrass has made 498 appearances in his career, scoring 98 goals and assisting 94 times. In recent seasons, he has been used as a versatile midfielder for West Ham but David Moyes doesn’t see him as part of his plans for this season.
However, Sky Sports’ Anthony Joseph said earlier today that Celtic were looking to bring two more players in along with a left wing back and maybe another central defender.
Celtic have made a loan offer for West Ham winger Robert Snodgrass.@SkySportsNews understands the bid was made late last night.
Their priority is to sign a left-back, but they would also like to add a winger and centre-back if they can.
Lennon said he'll be busy tomorrow.

The very reliable West Ham account on Twitter, exWHUemployee confirmed that Celtic made an enquiry but that there was no bid submitted for the midfielder.
This is not as close as being suggested elsewhere though. West Ham do not want to loan him out for no fee and would only consider a transfer deal or a loan with a fee which Celtic don’t want to offer. https://t.co/kkGa1lLbkg

It will be interesting to see how tomorrow goes as Celtic look to strengthen before the window slams shut.
