Motherwell v Celtic – Team news, referee details, KO time & where to watch

Nothing from Wilfried Nancy by way of a pre-match media conference for what is a massive game at Fir Park this evening. The Motherwell manager and club captain both found time to speak to the media ahead of the game, showing more respect for their own supporters.

As far as team news is concerned we know the injuries we have and none of those players – Alistair Johnston, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Marcello Saracchi, Jota, Kelechi Iheanacho and Callum Osmand – will play no part this evening.

Michel-Ange Balikwisha and Sebastian Tounekti are both absent due to their African Cup of Nations commitments.

Kasper Schmeichel meanwhile is likely to return this evening replacing Viljami Sinisalo in goals after the Great Dane had to sit out the 4-2 win at Livingston at the weekend due to having a reaction to an injection taken at the start of last week.
