Former on-loan Celtic forward Oliver Burke has issued a Celtic warning to Bayern Munich and of the Champions League play-off tie that kicks off at Paradise next midweek…

Forgotten Hoops loan forward Oliver Burke reckons ‘Celtic will be far from easy for Bayern Munich’ ahead of the two sides colliding on Wednesday evening in Glasgow’s east end….
Brendan Rodgers’ side face the German giants in the knockout playoffs of the Champions League next week at Celtic Park before making the trip to Allianz Arena for the second leg six days later.
Current Werder Bremen ace Oliver Burke had a brief loan spell with the Scottish champions during the second half of 2018/2019 season.

Burke, who previously had a combined transfer outlay of £28m after stints at RB Leipzig and West Brom scored four goals for Celtic during his time in Glasgow. The 27 year-old was a late second half substitute in Bremen’s 3-0 defeat in Bavaria against the current Bundesliga league leaders last night.
And now, the former Scotland internationalist gave his verdict on the hotly anticipated Champions League tie between Celtic and Bayern Munich.

Oliver Burke stated, as reported in Daily Record: “Celtic will be far from easy for Bayern Munich. Celtic will give absolutely everything they have against them. They will fight for every ball.
“I think Scottish fans and German fans are similar in culture – that’s why the Scots were so popular in Germany during the Euros. They are both a bit crazy – and they like to drink beer!”
