NEIL LENNON was awarded the SPFL Manager of the Month for September, capping off a fabulous month for the Scottish Champions. Lennon oversaw Celtic qualify for the Europa League, reduce the gap at the top of the table to one point (with a game in hand over Rangers). Not only that, Celtic came out of this transfer window without selling any of the club’s best players.

As the man that started the push for 10IAR, it is right that Lennon is at the helm as the club try and create Scottish footballing history by eclipsing the 1974 record set by Jock Stein. Celtic can go top with a win over Rangers on October 17, with a game still in hand.
