CELTIC will launch the new home jersey today after months of anticipation ahead of the launch with Adidas. However, last night, a photo emerged of one of the goalkeeper jerseys for the upcoming season. The bright purple shirt, with lime piping, will be sported by the Celtic goalkeeper as the club go for 10IAR.

The club have had a number of bright goalkeeping kits in recent seasons. The new fad dictates that goalkeeper have to standout as much as possible with bright yellow, green and purple being used in recent keeping efforts along with more conservative grey and black designs.
As it stands, Scott Bain will be the goalkeeper wearing the purple kit as at the moment, the club are yet to sign a replacement for Craig Gordon nor Fraser Forster meaning Neil Lennon only has one first team goalkeeper ahead of the new season.
